This week, we’re tapping into that conversation and highlighting where people around the River Valley say they actually go for breakfast.

We’ve also pulled together a few local events happening this week. With rain and storms possible early in the week, it might be a good time to plan something indoors—but as the weekend gets closer, there are a couple of great community events worth checking out, including car shows supporting local rescues.

If you want to know where the best breakfast is in the River Valley, you don’t need a polished review site…

You just need to ask locals.

That’s exactly what happened in a recent Facebook post—and the responses came pouring in. Dozens of people weighed in with their go-to spots, favorite dishes, and a few strong opinions along the way.
